Shipping Info

We work very hard to make sure that we ship to you as fast as we can. Most of our orders ship within 1-2 business days. We ship our products mainly using both USPS and UPS domestically. Carrier options vary based on destination. You can also expect an automatic email with tracking details once your order ships. We ask that all our customers choose their shipping destinations wisely. Choosing a secure and accurate shipping address will ensure the safe arrival of your Quinoa Queen order. We do not collect any additional fees or charges beyond checkout on our store (quinoa-queen.myshopify.com). Ground shipping times are estimates and arrival dates for these are not guaranteed by Quinoa Queen. Any delivery time guarantees reside with the carrier, so be sure to follow-up with the appropriate carrier if you feel a shipment was delivered late. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you ever need to make changes to your shipping selection, please contact customerservice@aterrafoods.com with your order number as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped, we always do our very best to accommodate all updated requests.

International orders are placed at the recipient's risk. Please note that some of these orders may be subject to additional taxes, broker, and/or tariffs fees placed by customs. Also, please be advised that we do not have any control over the carrier (e.g. UPS) or the customs of your country.

Kindly note that once orders are shipped, Quinoa Queen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. All orders placed on our website will be shipped using a third party carrier, and as such risk of loss of goods passes on to you once we deliver to the carrier. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you will need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.
