- Daiya boxed mac and cheese (or macaroni noodles, cashews, nutritional yeast, unsweetened plain non-dairy milk, and spices)
- Daiya cheese shreds
- Unsweetened Quinoa Queen cereal
Cook mac and cheese according to instructions on the package. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour mac and cheese into a baking dish, then sprinkle on cheese shreds and quinoa queen breadcrumbs. Bake for 10 minutes.
Optional Homemade Vegan Cheese Sauce:
In a food processor combine ⅓ cup soaked cashews, ¼ cup nutritional yeast, ⅓ cup plain unsweetened nondairy milk, a dash each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, and turmeric. Blend until creamy and smooth. Add more non-dairy milk if needed.
