Quinoa Queen Fajita Salad


  • 1 Onion
  • 2 large peppers
  • 2 Cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 Cup of quinoa queen Organic Raw Quinoa
  • 1 handful of fresh cilantro
  • add your favorite protein

Dressing Ingredients:

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 TBSP Sesame oil
  • 3 TBSP Soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP chili flakes
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 1 Clove of garlic


Start by adding a bed of fresh spinach into the bottom of the bowl. Cut up onion and peppers to start sautéing in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. After done cooking set aside to cool. Cook 1 cup of Quinoa Queen Organic Quinoa with water, should be fluffy when ready. Add cooked quinoa, favorite protein and veggie mix on top of salad. Now make you’re dressing. Peel your garlic, add the rest of the ingredients. Shake it up and pour over salad. Top with freshly cut cilantro and enjoy!
